I know I see have seen this rumor go around for ages. but does anyone have any more info about this? Is it really going to happen?

They already tranish SNK with their poor game!
I hope SNK will make it! Just to show to every one who is the best to make fighting games!

Match of the Millennium was probably the closest we'll get to that. That's probably one of the best portable fighting games (actually released to date) ever made (KOF:EX, SFZ3U and GGX may very well topple it, but hey <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> ) and it has many excellent touches, like tag mode that doesn't involve 842-hit combos and screen-filling, retina-burning supers that look like Final Fantasy summons; and interesting dialogues, as well as Schoolgirl Athena <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
