Back then, there was a lot of games that mags assumed would be made for the home system that never were. As you know, the games are always produced for MVS first and then home cart. Back when the Neo was in full swing a lot of magazines assumed that when a MVS cart came out, it would eventually be released on home cart as well. I seem to recall one mag (I can't remember which one) talking about Super Dodge Ball as a home release as well. Anyway, to answer your question, Panic Bomber is MVS only.
