Let's consider a hypothetical explanation for this... Aruze buttfucks SNK then dumps it... so some core SNK employees leave Aruze and end up in Playmore. Suppose these employees remember noticing some "similarities" between certain Playmore and Aruze pachinko games that go beyond coincidence. And maybe, in a casual conversation, they mention these similarities to Playmore's executive and/or legal departments.

The moral? Revenge is sweet!!!

I was also thinking that this is the perfect thing Playmore needs to try and get a bigger foothole with the Neo. Maybe find out a way to lower developement costs and flood the market with Neo Geo's so prices would drop.
