It'll be WAY easier to find a Japanese Last Blade 2, rather than an English label one. I imagine it would be a lot cheaper also.

Probly but the majority of my MVS collection have English Lables. Not only that but it gets confusing trying to remember what cart is what when it's written in Japanese.
