From the NGF site:

COMING SOON - EXCLUSIVE AES ONLY RELEASES These games are being made exclusively for the AES system. This will be for the purist AES collectors. MVS owners will actually have to buy the AES version and convert it to MVS for a change.

Whats this more games like diggerman? (that is unfinished or amateur games)

The NGF home version of Nightmare in the Dark will cost between 350 and 399 $ If they get enough pre-orders in. If not then they will bring out a 1000 $ MVS converted cart.
This news came from Dion himself.

It isn't it will be released on MVS as well.
Maybe they are talking about copying the
Fun Fun Brothers that he has? Another sucky game that you can sell for 1000 $

They are refering to the fact that SNK has apparently said that KOF2000 was it. The last home cart they would bother to produce in Jap or English. NGF has got the rights to product NiTD as an english only title on AES, meaning there is no planned Jap release on the front, not counting the MVS of course.

What that means - if you want an AES (or NGH, whatever you want to call it) version of it, you have to buy it from NGF. Otherwise, yes you can use the MVS version on either a cabinet, supergun or Arcade's convertor (unless SNK/Aruze pull a quick one).
