This is my joystick design. I plan on building it in May. I'll post pictures up as soon as its done. I've aslo got some sticker designs that would go on the front of the cartridge so when you open the box you'll see whats in it if you dont have an insert yet. Let me know what you think. I hope these images show up correct.

Well the buttons are laid out to be at your finger tips. The top four buttons are buttons one through four and will be used for neo geo games. The bottom two are buttons 5 & 6 for capcom games. I'm gonna wire my sticks for my super nova, but I've found the wiring diagram for the control ports to Neo Geo mother boards and I could also wire a cable for that as well.

Hey this design looks cool! Four button position moreless like NeoGeo arcade stick, but the other two? Yes, I'm just curious too, what game are you going top play, like DaMaN says.

Hmm maybe these two bottom buttons ( :D ) are a bit unaccessible, no? But, c'mon! I will be very happy if I get one of this sticks!

Keep on working man!

<PD> What materials will you use?

The bottom two will be accessible by your thumb. I you've played with any home console you should have Nooooo problem using these. I plan to use fiber board because it is so easy to shape. Also I want to make all screw or nails internal so as to keep the smooth look. Seamless I'd say. As for the game I would use, I guess it doesn't matter because the base will open and you can disconnect and rearrange the button configuration via quick disconnect terminals to suit your every need. :D

Crap! My image host locked my account. Oh well. I'll have to make my own web site I guess. Sorry.

Well the pictures are up again but I think after a couple of people look at them then the bandwidth usage will cause the image host to lock my acount again. Oh well if you can see them then good. If not maybe tomorro. Man, I gotta build a web site to host my stuff. Anyone know of any good free image hosts that have good bandwidth limits.

try uploading the images at lycos.com (I uploaded my signature image at the spanish mirror lycos.es) or try any other website where the others place their own images :D

the base will open and you can disconnect and rearrange the button configuration via quick disconnect terminals to suit your every need

This will be absolutely amazing!!!

I tried Lycos but how do you place the image in your post? All I could do was make a link to the host page.
