KOF2k2 makes it into the top 10 Arcade games in Japan!

PlayMore's The King of Fighters 2002 enters the chart at number 8. Sigh... couldn't they have at least used the "SNK" name for publishing purposes? I just don't feel like playing a game made by a company called "PlayMore." I don't have time to play more than I currently play. Bastards.
Here's how this arcade chart is assembled. 12 game centers through the country send Famitsu their sales information. This chart is based on the sales totals for a full week... from those twelve game centers and those twelve game centers only. Big game centers, no doubt, but only twelve out of the thousands located throughout the nation.

Interesting comments at the beginning. Prolly shouldn't have posted this as its from Insider but they give out trials so much it prolly don't matter. Anyway's if you like to read about a lot of stuff going on in Gaming Japan insider is a worthwile read.

GGXX has been on their charts forever and a day. And to think I've yet to see it...

It'll be interesting to see how long KOF 2002 stays on the charts. I still remember when KOF '97 and '98 were around, the two of them (combined) were in their top twenty for more than 2 1/2 years!

I totally forgot that GG XX was released!!!...also I didn't konw that those tow KoF's stayed in the charts for that long...talk about staying power
