If Babelfish served me right, it's about copyright infringements by Aruze concerning some games or machines (?) they released with trademarked SNK/Playmore IP such as KoF and MotW... so I think.

Babelfish also mentioned something like "marine bioluminescense dance"... would be interesting to know which IP/game they mean with that!

Hmm... I knew (or thought I'd know) about the 24 Million Yen case, but hey, they're talking about a 300 Million Yen loss... woah.
