VGD has generally been good to me...maybe they just suck at Neo-related stuff? Has anyone else had problems with VGD? Just curious...

When I ordered my Phantom-1, they fucked up and sent me my items... twice. I told them about it and they let me keep one of the MVS games.

I bought a phantom from them and everthing went fine. Though it only takes a few bad transactions for a distributer to end up with a bad name.

Man, you have the worst luck with some of this stuff. You should go on one of those "roid rages" like you had when you received the beat-up cab from UPS and go kick some VGD butt. ;) :D

With VGD, you have to know to call ahead and ask for the condition with ANY used game you buy from them. I've never had a problem as they are very honest with their descriptions pover the phone.

I find it pretty ridiculous how they will sell crap like that but won't allow trade-ins of non-mint stuff. Where are they getting this crap???

BTW, why send it back express anyway? You could have saved $10 by just sending it back priority insured.

You have to phone. That's all. Come to think of it, I recently bought like $600 worth of MD JP games from them and two games were in worse condition than described. They let me keep both of them and game me a credit on an order I had just placed for the full value of the games. So no, never had a problem they didn't fix to more than my satisfaction.

EXPRESS MAIL is the most efficient way to handle matters of this nature..The item is gauranteed to get to it's destination fully insured and you must have a signature from the receiever..
Anything less than EXPRESS MAIL shipping leaves the situation open for more probs than there already is..because if they don't realize that the condition of the NGH package affects the price,I mean.. what next? Will they state they never received the game? There is a possibility USPS can make an error..
I want to mek it clear that I am not condemning
VGD.everybody makes mistakes..hopefully they will rectify the situation swiftly...Nicely designed site BTW..very professional

Just to let you guys know, I'm bringing this in the open to inform you all about the "mystery" condition of their carts.

In the "comments" section of the order form I ask them to double check the condition of the game.

A hole in the insert?

Cart scratched to hell...

Not cool.

This is a warning to any potential buyers.

They have no clue to to appraise a game of that caliber.

And to my understanding, this is the second time the game was returned.

...and same goes to BUY-RITE, you gotta visit the store and buy in person so you'll get your chance to check out the merchandise, otherwise they'll send you POS. if you order online, you'll always take a chance on getting POS.

I have no problem buying "new" game from VGD but you have to watch out when you try to get "used" items.

Check their game description and you'll know what I'm saying:

Condition: used

WTF is that? And the item picture they used doesn't tell shit either.

TonK, feel sorry you got a bad transaction, or otherwise it'll be a great deal on ST2.

Like I say, you need to watch out when dealing with "used" game

I haven't heard anything good about buy-rite....all I've heard were horror stories about bad packaging during shipping, wrong orders being sent, and their telephone service is terrible...
