Many of you have asked me if I would build & Sell these mini Neo cabs, I have thought long and hard about this and would like to know if anyone in England would be interested in buying one.

The system would come with a 4 or 6 slot MVS motherboard, It would be compatable with most modern SCART TVs (output=RGB), It would have a JAMMA connector and original UK Neo Geo Arcade panel and buttons.

If I have any positive responce I will look into ensuring I can get these parts.

I only expect to make 2 or 3 of these units.

Price will not be cheap, I am looking in the region of £499 as parts are not cheap and it takes days to make by hand.

Pease inquire on this thread

I would be very interested in the specific measurements of the parts. Dad's offered to make me a nice cabinet for my supergun. :D

£499 - that with the MVS board or without?

I was thinking for a long time about making some sort of case for my own supergun, but I have neither the money or time (well I'm a bit lazy actually ;) ). So, I'm still interested in one if you can make another up to the same quality! How long do you think it would be before you would have any ready?

He says it comes with a 4 or 6 slot PCB so thats actually a nice deal for people with limited space.

BTW Thats a damn nice looking mini cab in my opinion. Excellent finish!

That is very nice and not a bad price at all when you consider what a fancy supergun costs without the board, one controller and not nearly so much love.

If my flat was two square feet bigger I'd nab one.

ok Kazuya_UK,

I will inquire tomorrow about obtaining a neo geo panel, If I can get hold of one and once I have it on-hand, I could prob build you one in less than a week.

Where do you live? roughly?

I am obviously not holding you to any deal at the moment, I am just ensuring I can (if need be) make one for you :-)

Thanks for the reply - I'm in Leicester. Where abouts are you again?

That's cool - I'd have save some cash anyway, so it wouldn't be right away. By the way, how tall is the unit?

I am not sure if will be able to get an original neo geo panel. Would this be a problem?

I could build the unit to whatever height you wanted (within reason) my one stands about 1/2 a meter high (55.5cm)

Would maybe still be interested, although it would be much nicer with an original Neo Geo panel. I'll prv msg you nearer the time if I decide to ask you to make one for me :)

Cheers,
Kaz

Before I start shipping abroad I must consider several things.
As it stands I need to make sure the units I sell are of high quality and that I can get all the parts to build the units.
If I start shipping abroad I must consider:

a) Packing
b) Shipping
c) Different input voltages
d) Converting the output signal to work on all TVs

I am sorry but one thing at a time...
