BG characters in KoF '97

On the Hong Kong stage, on the far left side, there are a number of characters that make cameo appearances. I can only identify some of them, and I'm not fully sure if who I'm seeing is who I think it is, or someone else.

By my sightings, Brian, Lucky, Heavy D!, Roddy & Cathy, Todo, Eiji, Sokaku, someone who looks like Bob, others who I can't recollect at the moment... but who else?
