SNK rights left?

Many games such as MOTW2, SS5,MetalSlug4,LastBlade3,... were said to release. But now, we can see SNK selling their rights on games...
So my question is:
What are the games whom the rights were sold as far as today?

Snk still owns the rights to the games you have mentioned. I think though that SNK is Pretty much out of the game making business and allowing 3rd parties to do it Now, they may come out with a few titles but a lot of the talent there has left.

The SNK Characters were loaned to Capcom much like Capcom characters were loaned to SNK for the pocket games.

However if you look at the character Aruze is using them for Slot machines and other endevors.

King of fighters is on licensed right now. I do not think any of the character or games have been outright sold. they are just allowing others to use them and making money doing it. A much smarter way if you ask me since it allows them to sell the characters off to differenct devolpers as they want them.

The King of fighters characters are a good examaple. since you have One company making kof 2001, capcom making snk vs capcom 2 and several 3rd company using them for mangas and other character merchandise.

an example would be in KOF 2001 other company has bought the rights to do it. But SNK may sell the rights to do KOF2002 to someone else.

this is mostuly speculation on my part from what I have heard and seen. Do not take this as official just as an oppinion.

when I say SNK is out of the game making business I mean it in regards to the Neo of course. I think as neo lord has posted they will be working on games for other system if not just porting over there old titles to them.
