Possibly the New SNK vs Capcom Hardware???

Could this possibly be the new hardware that SNK vs Capcom is being run on (first release that is)?

This game looks really good. I would love to play a new metal slug clone type game.

i d figure if it was running on pgm hardware that
it would look better and include more characters.
and when i say look better i would say very hi res.
isnt that what the hardware is capable of?
all the screen shots and movies i ve saw of SNK v cap
look very much like anything comparable to
other NEO GEO games on the mvs system.
