Hey guys,
I just posted this on the capcom vs snk forum.
The PS2 "coming soon" section at ebgames.com has CvS2 for a Sept 1 ship date -- This is US PS2 --
Just so ya know!!!

With a sept 1rst shipping date that dosen't give the arcade version long to rake in the quarters. <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0">

I heard it was being released on Import DC. I am going to get that one. No way in hell am I going to play that game with PoS2 controller. I have my DC set up to the max for Arcade Action.

I am really curious to see how these 2d games work out on the PS2.

No idea. Well, let us hope the pull of a great port. This way, more gamers can experience the game.

Dont get me wrong guys -- Im DC (and Neo Geo)all the way, and I will be getting this game on import for my DC. I am, however, impressed by such an early release date (I was speculating Oct-Nov). I do own a PS2 (US) -- but my mod'd DC and Neo Geo cart are the place where I have my fighting games "set up" (great sticks and other details) and prefer to play them.

I feel its good for all 2d fans to have this game get exposure and I'm just glad it'll be sooner than I thought!

A PS2 version will be great but I'm sure that the DC version will be released to.

anyone knows when the import dc version would have the game.i'm a little jealous of pissing shit 2 here(ps2).dc SHOULD have the game.when is the import dc release?

Seeing as CVS Pro is confirmed as June 14th now, it'll be interesting to see when the DC gets CVS2..... I'd say around Oct/Nov <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">
