Now folks, I can`t gaurantee this but when seeing an advert for KOF2K2 for the DC today in the recent Famitsu I think I also saw a little information about Metal Slug Advance. My Japanese reading ability is still poor but what I saw was the mention of the 9th month (September) in the same space as information on the title I made this link.

Maybe I`m wrong but usually this is the case (Playmore did the same thing about changing the PS2 MS3 date didn`t they?)

Guess we`ll just have to wait and see but it could be interesting folks  !

There is an interesting blurb at insert credit about some footage that was available at E3. I didn't see it, bu IC is truthful, so check it out.

No pics, but interesting info.

I'd be mighty suprised if the GBA could pull off metal slug in all its animated glory...

lol that would be funny.

I bet the GBA version will be pretty good. the GBA can pull off a lot. Whether its 100% accurate or not.... I doubt that.

the GBA is an amazing piece. It's already shown it can do KOF lets hope it can do MS. If we're lucky and this game does well we may be seeing Fatal Fury advanced and AOF advanced. I think PLaymore can get there games sold to people by the means of portableness. I bet the GBA can handle the older Neo games easy

Hopefully we'll all see the entire (5 games so far) Metal Slug series, along with the 2 Shock Troopers games and a plethora of older titles done as arcade/Neo perfect as possible on the GBA. ***And new titles to boot that aren't just "Fighting" games. Alas, only time will tell on this. But I'll no doubt be buying up a copy of Metal Slug Advance when it hits the NCS racks as an import.
