When they got interested in the neo, I ran across them & discovered Penny Arcade

That comic is hilarious. I love it.
Those guys are incredibly talented.
I hope they eventually make a neo Insert.
With their artistic talent, im sure it would be great.

I just can't decide wich game it should be for. To many cool characters out there to draw and not enough time. If I end up doing it believe me you guys will be the first to know.

Savage Reign/Kizuna Encounter/Super Tag Battle can be cartoony. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> I always wanted to piece together some kind of cover/insert that highlighted the more obscure characters in an already obscure game.
