Finally: MS3 US arrives in Europe!

Yeah... got my MS3 US on 10/01. Today is holiday (10/03), and tomorrow will be THE DAY for me. Just was thinking about phoning my boss that I will not come to office on thu <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/drool2.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Ay, Europeans, what's your status? AFAIR, I read some posts of french people waiting for their MS3...

I had to pay additional custom fees. Pretty much, really... ...and the customs people complained about a missing invoice... Must have a proforma invoice next time, or I ship it with UPS, they handle the custom stuff for you.
But who carez... Slug 3 is here!!

Overseas shipping was experiencing delays because of the recent global grounding of flights. So far, none of the US Metal Slug 3 copies have been lost in the mail. Airmail may not be as fast as we were used to, but at least it is still reliable.

BTW: Scalpeur, Like your avatar & sig pics. Nice to see another Shigen fan.

Shawn: I think the recent events sure were one reason for the delays, but there were more problems I guess. According to EMS, the parcel left the US on 09/20th, and arrived one day later in Europe. So from the 21th, it took 13 days for the parcel to reach Germany. I don't trust the European/German customs people (I've worked for them some time ago), some of them are just bureaucrazy <IMG SRC="smilies/loco.gif" border="0">

Mine were shipped on 18th i think,and a friendof mine in france received EXACTLY the same day,the same morning,his MS3 carts,like me,because it was shipped at the same time...
very long to wait,because generally it takes only 48 hours,but well...better than nothing
