i have seen the beta-test videos and there some aspects of gameplay system i need to address to the relevant authorities before they market the product. to capture the interest of avid gamers for a reasonable length of time there are some additional features they might consider adding before they finalize everything. for additional characters it is too late. any websites SNK use to gather player feedback? oh_no

Well, I've read before that people from Playmore do read this site on occasion.

will the game developers get to hear of my feedback?
The game will hit the market in a month. It is a bit late to offer feedback. You may, however, try writing an email to them in japanese and directing it to info@playmore.co.jp.

Any english mail will be bumped to Ben Herman, who won't do shit because he's nto a developer.

i believe they can change the FX when a special is done... the exceed one is good but the normal DM effect is rather... old.

It's something that can be changed in a matter of a day or perhaps two with the actual tools

I say bring it out. What I've seen so far excites me, and I'm very picky. Playmore BETTER read this site, as we are the ones that know what's the real deal. But let's face it, this game is being made with the fans in mind. Goenitz? Geese? Big haired Guile? They know what we want, and they gave some of the other better known shoto styles a chance in this too (not exactly a good thing, but I'm excited to see Demitri and Genjiro in this... two great picks if I may).

playmore probably cares about what the japanese - asian fans have to say

neo geo com?

you mean the place where half the posters dont own a neo and only come here for the drama,
or to spam in unrelated?

or you mean the place where only 1 out of 100 neo owners actually PLAY the games?

that aside,
european / americans kof players are usually shit so thats it

SVCC:
game's so basic...what a joke

we're back in 1994

"best neo geo game EVER,and best fighting game on the neo"

right... eek_2

part 1 will keep us busy anyway till the sequel comes out

cant wait to see demitri and poison though

Regardless of how well I play the game, I still will pay $$$ for the homecart. I think they care about my wallet more than my skills...or lack there of.

motw was intended to be part 1 of something, probably the new "ff series",ala RB

i mean, almost all the endings in that game hint at a sequel

but then snk went down...

i am 99 % sure there will be a sequel to SVCC

a lot of "popular" characters were not included

athena,yama,alex,K',rose,ibuki...and so on

they have actually CREATED something this time - all the capcom sprites

so no way in hell they are going to "waste" all those hard hours of work

we will see shiki and earthquake in SS5

and we will see those capcom sprites again

and again

and again

of course,that is true
business is business
their main focus is the MVS market though
homecarts are just...you know...a "gift" for the neo fans

thats what i have always thought anyway

Recently I've been thinking a lot about that.
I came to same conclusion but if you think about it....

A homecart is really just a port minus any extra production value [maybe a training mode]

Memory is cheap nowadays...how much can these carts really cost them to produce? They've already got the boards...its just the casing, art, plop. I just always wondered.

SvC perspective from your average NG.com gamer:

Scenario #1: The game looks great, I can't wait to buy it.

Scenario #2: Meh, it looks OK. I'm still going to buy it though.

Scenario #3: Looks like shit, what year is this? But since I'm a rabid Neo fanboy I'm going to buy it anyway (but I won't be happy and you'll all hear about it).

Seems like a win-win situation for Playmore.

(strictly a home cart situation)

the same thing can be said about the mvs scenario

only playmore is making 2d fighters nowadays

oh well,yes,there's GG...

but that does not matter,i was talking about DECENT 2d fighters

so with no competition,
SVCC is going to be a winner

no matter how "old skool" it is

To a certain extent it can, but add in the debut price for a new kit and the popularity fact (which is far more than any recent Neo release) and you have a fairly large purchase rate from eager arcade owners.

Damn. Don't you have any original material?? You are always trying to mimic me...I snipped one of your 10 part answers to one question and now you keep dragging up one thread where I was hoping that HSDM was a regular move because it's too cool.
It's good to see you're doing well though..
That was pretty bold of you to use one of your old cosplay photos as your avvy :D

Don´t worry, Big Bear!

"Mainie" can post as much as he likes.

Sooner or later this forum will recognize, how lousy and dumb most of his statements are.

And further what a whisk he is!

Quantity over quality, Fran!
Is that not your way?
