Why are all you guys still interest in this dead system? Why go with NeoGeo when you can have the lastest system? For one thing the system sucks, all there games sucks, prices are too high, that why they went bankrupt.

Sorry NeoSabar I'm affraid you must have the wrong forum, a looser like you should head over to screwoff.com! the atari is dead, colecovision is dead, but the neo geo will probably live forever in one form or another. its not about how many shitty graphics the system can cram in to one game with little to no play value (ala sony). It's about timeless clasics like king of fighters (alive and kickin in '01), Fatal fury, and art of fighting and the countless others that quite frankly are not only great graphicly but also fun to play. you may wan't to check the ingredients in your frosted flakes cuz it sounds like you've been brainwashed by Funcoland!

If you don't like the Neo Geo, then don't play it and stay away from here, simple as that. I don't like a lot of games or systems that other people love... but I can find better things to do with my time than going to another forum and slagging the people there off.

Dead- No games or any production anymore. SNK has plans for lots more KOF. They just re-did MS3. They are doing SS5. They are puting out S3 this month. I hate fucking retards like yourself. And trolls. What a cock sucker... go fuck off and die asshole.

If you must discuss why we love a dead system, Why not ask us why we are into it?

For some of us it's the collecting.

Others *myself inculded* It's all about the games. I mean if you must rag on dead systems,

Fact of the matter is even if the system is 'dead' as you say, The fans like me and so many others who invested the time, energy and heart into supporting this system, have proven that the Neo*Geo is meant to last for a very VERY long time even if the Parent company doesn't.

Think about this before you reply.

The Neo*Geo is the OLDEST console system that had games made for it. Think about that. 12 years. Same hardware, no revisions, and the games still kick serioues ass.

What other game company can brag about that?
Oh and don't mention the Gameboy becuase even tho it's older it's a portable and it's been REVISED so many times that it's no longer the same as it used to be. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I agree the prices are WAY too high, but if you enjoy some of the games as much as I do then you pay the extra dollar.

Unless its a suck-ass game like Ultimate-11 or Kizuna Encounter or ECT....

We are all fans here, but some of us, actually 1% (Dr. NeoGeo) actually have SEX with their games...its sick but he engoys it.

After a good day of "body building" he goes home and actually FUCKS his games...BUT, he pulls out so he doesnt make a mess in the SUPER MINT CART! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
