It seems to have some of the moves (probably not all of them). Thoughts:

Galactica Phantom seems to no longer be an SDM; Barabari Vulcan Punch, however, is.
Heidern End... so that's what that move is called. (I thought it was Hell Bringer ^_^')

Mei-Li Cho~p! Mei-Li Kick! Mei-Li's Hero picture is freaky.

I do believe K9999 has a Raging Storm.
Is M. Dynamite Swing going to be a Shun Goku Satsu?

They seem to have ended the "turn Robert into Guile" experiment.

If they brought that game out on AES, I'd probably be all over it like cream on chipped beef <IMG SRC="smilies/drool2.gif" border="0"> (as long as it's reasonably priced; i.e., at or around $300... of course, it it's less, I'll try to force myself <IMG SRC="smilies/glee.gif" border="0"> ).

i heard that yuri has a raging demon type of move where the screen turns dark.robert has ryu's shin shoryuken type of move.interesting......
