I would definitely be interested in this cart. as long as they keep pre orders open long enough and i can get the cash together it will be "all systems go"

I am going to pre-order this one for sure, as well as the strikers re-release. They also mentioned a PI2 home cart that I would also jump on.

Too bad,

I really wanted to order this one, now im not going to be able to.

Unlike some of yall, it takes me quite awhile to save up for a homecart purchase.
Its never been a problem before, SNK always staggered their releases. Now Arcade is releasing at the same time as SNK.

I would have prefered to be able to buy
Sengoku3 from SNK, then save up a couple months to get an arcade release.
However, taking preorders at the same time, right before a major relesase doesnt give many of us the time.

So I'll have to pass.
Disapointed, & bad timing, but thats the way it goes I guess.

I'm in the same boat Trey.

Hopefully maybe we can pick them up second hand, or Arcade will make some extras or something.

My question is....why? Why the timing with all the other released homecarts? Hope they succeed, but it seems like they are taking away from SNK if people can only buy one cart and they all come out at the same time.....oh well...just my thoughts......

Well, when it rains it pours, I guess. While unfortunate that people may be left out, I sure think it's cool that !Arcade! is getting some of the older titles out there that people have been craving. Shock is one of the best games for the system, I think many will agree.

Any of you have sisters you can pimp out for some spot cash?

No manual again. I hope this isn't becoming a trend.

I'll preorder it. But, man, is this going to get expensive. Between this and all the great games coming for PS2 in the next 2 months, I'll probably have to start pimpin' the wife in order to keep up . Anyone wanna preorder that? She's very attractive...

$349 for a conversion of Shock Troopers... and it doesnt have a manual. !Arcade! does good work, very good work. I would love to own Shock Troopers in home AES format, but thats a tough pill to swallow.

I wouldn't support anyone that's bootlegging carts. If it's not officially licensed, I have no need of it.

Well I am sure !arcade! will convert any NGM cart you send them and if they have the artwork with it I am sure they will supply that as well. so if you can not afford conversion run offers, you can always buy the NGM cart and have them convert it. And remember they do not need scrap carts either. I think this is also a service offered on thier site.

BTW I am at the MEC right now. I have been sick lately though and am missing most of the events however regardless if I am sick tomorrow or not I am still going to the Universal studio Party. That should be a blast.

$349 is a little heavy, even for this game, especially when my contract is up next week.

If he could do it for $285, I'd be all over that BEEOTCH!

IMHO, you could buy a large quantity of much better games for 350 dollars... and I'm just not sure how conversions will hold up on the "collector's market".

So no. And if I had the money, I'd spend it on better, cheaper games or on official SNK carts before getting to this release.

I too will have to save up a month or two to get NITD. I can't get all the games at once.

Take the time and make a manual, if it were like the Strikers release, it MIGHT warrant $350, but just a conversion, no thank you.

The timing on all these new releases is terrible. I'm tapped out after purchases of MS3 English, Sengoku 3 English, several arcade cabinets, pcbs, SS4 home cart, another home cart system (backup), and on and on it goes.

Maybe if these came next year I'd be interested, but also $350 is a bit tough to take, especially with no manual.

Unfortunately I'll pass on these for now, too bad these are being rushed out with limited preorder periods, I think thats a big mistake.

I saw the pics of all 3 games (NitD, ST, and Strikers) and I just want to drool, this is a bad timing and I tried to tell Ray about this but he said there're enough people wanting to do this, oh well, I figure the official games (Sengoku 3 and KOF 2001) are very top priority for my collection and I'd love to also collect !Arcade!'s professional conversions, but it's time for self discipline and let them go. I figure how to learn to be content and don't take things for granted.

Like what Big Bruno said, maybe I can send my MVS carts there and do the conversion with the inserts made previously, or I'll simply settle for MVS carts

BETTER GAMES THAN SHOCK TROOPERS?!? BLASPHEMY!!!!!!

But, uh.... I wouldn't buy unofficial home carts anyway. Just go MVS, it's cheaper and you get your high scores saved!

I always wanted Shock Troopers, but $349... That's too heavy for me. I mean, I'm still saving for KoF2k and Sengoku 3, while avoiding looking at Strikers to keep my pants dry... damn... The timing of these (re-)releases really *is* bad
