Benares, I'm sure you're joking about that. Its disgusting to see leeches sell Neo Geo ROMs that they had nothing to do with producing. Its also pathetic when people actually buy CDRs of ROMs, just encourages these people to continue leeching off stuff they didn't make or do anything to produce.

I also warned the seller directly to stop selling ROMs on Ebay. If he actually had something to do with creating them, then it would be another matter, but he didn't. Trouble is a lot of emu users would download all the mame roms, if they had decent bandwidth, this just makes it easier for them. You will never stop it unfortunately.
I enjoy using mame but would never contemplate selling rom images <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

ttooddddyy, I agree that it could be a problem. However, the complaint has already been logged and all I can do is hope Ebay shuts it down, as they have done to many others in the past.

And to make it clear, I have no problem with people downloading and using ROMs, I do it myself; however, when people sell them, thats another matter. They had nothing to do with producing them, and should not profit from something they didn't produce or buy. Simple as that . . .
