For anyone in Hawaii...

I have been talking to many of the CVS 1 players in Hawaii, and we are considering holding a tournament for CVS 2.
The tentative day for the tournament would be the Saturday right after Thanksgiving.
After the game is brought in, we will ask the management of Hawaiian Brian's for permission to hold the tourney.
I have also posted this on Shoryuken.com. I am just looking for players in the Hawaii area, who would like to join in our little tourney.
I will post more as we move along.

I will need everyone's help in running this tourney. So far, Ken from the DDR group has pledged his support. I hope his support can clear me from being in anyway biased. this tourney will be for the players, by the players.

I will also quit video games, after the tourney. It's time for the next generation gamers to take over.

Sure I really believe that you will quit. I know you too well that you would find it hard to quit. Though if you should choose to I respect that and I thank you for teaching me and the converstions we have had.

What also if you quit it would just be Jeff and the Chinese mafia in Brians.

I have got the ghetto Bros, to join along with a few other MVC 2 notables.
I wouldn't put in all this effort if I really wasn't going to quit. I want to go out in a bang, whether I win, lose or even enter.
My time has come, and it really is time for me to concentrate more on my studies, work.
I've been in really serious talks of leaving Hawaii, at years end, to join one of my really special friends up in another part of the U.S.A.

You guys are from Hawaii? I was there last x-mas. How's the Neo Geo scene there?

Don't mind the typos Endtime, The Neo scene is quite dead. Ask around and you'll find that very few people have heard of MOTW, Last Blade, then from that small group, very few have even played the game{Neo Geo versions}.
On the island of Oahu, there are only three KOF 2000 machines, according to Koolking. All three are within a few miles of each other.
I never wiped the floor with anyone, Koolking, I have always tried to be an ambassador of some sort, to bring peace amongst the gamers. Who else but me, encourages people who used to be hated, to hang out sometime.
I try to embrace the glory of having rivalries, and promoting competition between evenly matched players.
I don't know if you and the Godfather can continue what I've tried to do for our arcade, in terms of preserving the competitive spirit of the players.

I forgot to add this, Koolking, if the tourney can be run, some of the old school guys are coming to play in this one. You'll see what I'm talking about, when I talk so much about ethical gaming and playing with and for honor.Also it will show you, how some people have ruined that gaming experience by playing with dishonor.
Almost every guy or girl, can shake their opponent's hand, and say I lost fair and square, good luck in the next round.
Only rarely do you see me wanting to shake the Godfather's hand after a match. You know he has the advantage over me in head to head battles, with him beating me more than I beat him, but if you watch how he beats me, you'll notice that most of those defeats came from abusing certain moves, and/or some variation of an infinite combo. When I do the same to him, I beat him silly, everyone there has seen it. I am quite confident that I can win almost all the time if I play that way.
If you Koolking, want to see why, those Chinese "Mafia" as we call them, respect me and think odiously and have said so, openly of the Godfather, watch the tourney, if it goes down.
