The King of Fighters 2001/2002!

"- Sun Amusement will release the Neo Geo home cartridge version of The King of Fighters 2001 in Japan early next year, and they have already acquired the license agreement with SNK for KOF2002."

Yahoo! It will continue for another year!!!! Now what about Samsho 5?

Very cool news.I'm planning to buy an AES console just for this game and kof 2000 cos' there is no chance that this game will come to DC or ps2 let alone GC and Xbox.I'm saving some money just for this.I can't wait. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

I just wonder if KOF 2002 is gonna use Neo Geo hardware or are they gonna use new hardware.

fine with me. I guess i'm one of the few people who actually likes the way the graphics of the old hardware look.

I agree with Bhm.

Now if only they could get going and finish my wish list...
1. The Last Blade 3- Some of SNK's most beautiful work. I mean this game is breath-taking, in game play AND in depth and story. To be honest, it comes as a suprise to me that this series hasn't continued yet....

2. A new Fatal Fury: After the events in Garou-MOTW I REEEAAALLLLY want to see where this series is going? Anyone else get reminded of Geese when they see Grant? <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

3. Samurai Shodown 5: I think every Neo freak is waiting for this one. SS has and always will be one of the titles that comes to mind when I think SNK. I would love it if they put Gen-An back into the series.(with the art styles of 3 and 4, and what 5 COULD look like; he would be wicked sweet. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0"> )

4.Metal Slug 5: Come on, blame me?

5.Blazing Star Sequel- BS is still one of the games that leaves me entertained. I would kill for a new installment.

6. Waku Waku 7 sequel: Sorry I love this game....

With the state SNK is in and the Dead Or Alive status, we should be happy with what we get yeah the other titles would be cool but KOF2K2 i svery cool with me <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

Yeah, another Magician Lord. That game still gives me chills when I play it...at only 46 megs!
