I'll do brief translation of the conversation, I'm not really good with descriptions used in stories in general so I'll stick with conversations. Even I don't really understand what's going on <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">
K' team
(Three people entered a dark laboratory or something)
K' : Shit. Nothing here too.
Whip : We are a step late...
Maxima : This place must have no end...well, let me scan nearby environment... hmm, it doesn't seem there are any hazards near us.
(The 3 are pretty anxious. They have been destroying many NESTS labs for awhile, but recently, the labs have already vanished to the sky when they've arrived. It's like NESTS already knew of their arrivals.)
Maxima : Whip, it's not that I don't trust you, but why do you miss the targets all the time?
Whip : I'm not sure, Maxima.. except my information isn't up to date. That's why there's nothing for me to do when we lose the chance...
Maxima : Your info is accurate..but.. Hey, K', it seems there are a lot of riddles this time.
K' : What do you mean, Maxima?
Maxima : Another KOF tournament will be held this year as usual, there's nothing to be strange about that. but did you look at the participating team lineup this year? It's the NESTS! NESTS' team! Think about it. They are supposed to stay secretive. Why do they use their name open to the public this time?
Only a few of world leaders know about the name of NESTS. It seems they have come out to the stage, fair and square. They have erased a city, for what purpose do they reveal their name to the whole world? Is it..that they have been waiting for chance to reveal themselves? but, why? Staying in dark would be more convinient for themselves...
K' : Well, there's nothing we can do about it...let's go, to the next target...Maxima! Did you see that?
Maxima : Ah.. I can see. I don't understand how did he hid himself, but he's definately on my heat sensor.
(The shadow begin to move)
Maxima : What the... he's so fast!
(The shadow passed Maxima and delivered a punch to K'. K' also stuck out his fist to him. but K's fist did not hit the shadow, because Whip's whip got the shadow's fist first.)
K' : Fuck, didn't need to do that...
Whip : Sorry about that K'. but it's best to avoid meaningless fight. Well, let's hear from the shadow.
(The three tied the shadow to the chair. They knew the guy. He was Lin.)
Whip : ...Well, that explains why you've been chasing us. Your purpose is this right?
(Whip showed a photograph to Lin. Lin seemed agitated.)
Whip : I knew it. You thought, if you kept chasing us, you'd meet with this man someday, right?
Lin : ...
Maxima : He doesn't seem talkative...Oh well. How's it, K? Let's participate the tourney with Lin.
K' : Whatever.
Maxima : Hey,hey, K',Whip, are you sure about that? He could chop off our necks when we are sleeping.
(Maxima turns his back against Lin.)
Lin : ...I needn't tell you if you already know that much...
Maxima : Damn, This guy isn't very likable. Oh well, if K' and Whip is ok with you, than it's ok for me too. Well then, shall we have
a handshake of friendship?
(Maxima turns back on Lin, but he's already gone.)
Maxima : What the hell?! Couldn't he at least say goodbye before he leaves?!
Whip : It's ok, Maxima. If Lin becomes our teammate, the tournament would be easier. Right, K'?

(K' left the lab without any words.)
(K' was looking at the night sky. It seems he could see all the stars in the galaxy.)
K' : (aside) My past...my future...they took them away from me...NESTS! The source of my power, Krizalid...Zero...and the force against me...Kula...
(The two people were looking at him.)
Maxima : It seems K' seems to be in a deep thought, Whip.
Whip : Yes. but, we must conclude this no matter what, just for the sake of all the people that died...
Maxima : Yes...and, for the sake of myself too..., NESTS must be destroyed! Whip.
Whip : Yes, you are right.
(They too looked up the sky. It seems many thousands of starlights were falling onto them.)

I don't even have any memories of the past. Am I a human?"

(She felt bad about thinking about that so she stopped such thought.)
"Still...still, there is someone I hate! That fire wielding traitor! He will meet up with me eventually. Does he have something in relation with me? I feel it's not like the Cartel... but, someone closer...?"

(She sprung herself to the bed.)
"Well, I will not think about it anymore. I'll only feel worse..."
Kula : Ahhhh, isn't there something fun to do~?

Jhun : No,no,no. In terms of definition of style, you are still illogical. One thing is sure. She got the moves right. Next, she might build up hes skill to be best fighter.
(In the end of the dojo, Chang and Choi was sparring. They were sweating madly.)
Choi : At...least...we were...lucky. I would...have been...terrified...if I kept your body...forever....
Chang : Well...same here...I couldn't even swing my...iron ball...because your...body is so...small...

(He woke up. First, he saw white ceiling, next, he saw a familiar face.)

(It was hospital.)

(Yes, on his way to the hall, he saw Athena Asamiya's huge poster stuck on other side of his sidewalk. Most of them were taken away by fans. The last one was about to fall off. However, he couldn't cross because of the red light. As soon as the light turns to green, he ran off to the road. Then a car horn was heard and he lost his conciousness.)
Jhun : Ahh.. Sorry to trouble you, Master Kim. but I'm fine... ouch..ouch...
Doctor : Don't overstrain yourself.
Kim : Yes, Master Jhun.
It's regretful.. about this year's tournament...
Jhun : Huh? you mean, the King of Fighters tournament?
Kim : Yes...you were supposed to participate this year, but you have to give up this time.
Jhun : Huh? you mean, there is already someone who will go in my place, Master Kim?

(The girl glasses on top of her head, wearing T-shirt came into the room)

Kim : Chang! That's our ultimate motive! Jin Ju's dream is to be a heroine of justice!

Mei-Li : Yes! I would like to side with the justice! I will attend Master Kim, "Champion of Justice"'s dojo and will become a Champion of Justice myself.

Mei-li's other name is Miss Lee Jin ju. I wonder if it relates to Lee Pai long(AOF claw fighter)
I don't think Kula hates K', but she has a odd feeling about K9999 hatred over K'Dash.

KOF2001, seems that the NEST story will live a little more short period of time.

Wow... That was weak! I was really hoping they'd go with that change (although I do appreciate their comic way of dealing with it -it reminds me of the beginning of Austin Powers 2, where Vanessa ends up being a fem-bot just to make Austin single again).
Here's my prediction of a hypothetical lame AOF storyline:
