K I'll posting this here since I think this is news.
Anyways, as part of a huge Bearcade tournament Saturday, I got the go ahead to host a KOF tourney. So any KOFers around Nor Cal show us what you got and stuff.

- It is not decided whether it'll be 98 or 00. I would prefer 98, but I hear both ways so I need your input on this. Reply with your preference. I'll decide by end of this week.
- Double Elimination
- $5 Entry
- 70%, 20% and 10% for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.
- Sign ups at 12 pm, tourney will begin around 1 pm

The Bearcade is located at the UC Berkeley campus, which is located near the xstreet of Bancroft and Telegraph Ave. If you enter the campus from Banc/tele there is a huge open area called Sproul Plaza and steps leading to another open area called Lower Sproul. The arcade is near the bookstore which is located at Lower Sproul. You cant miss it when you get there.

Reply if you need directions and stuff. Alright thx.

Damn... they tried this last year, and I was actually in the neighborhood for some business. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough people who showed up to play it so they didn't have the tourney in KOF as originally planned... they just stuck to MvC2, Alpha 3, Third Strike and Tekken (if I recall). <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

All you guys in the West Coast... here's your chance to finally get something started. If you have the time, definitely go down and show some support. If I was on the west coast again for this, I'd certainly go!!
