SNK Mousepads... interested?

Well, I sold all of the t-shirts, and as i promised, i am back with something new. if i produced 100 of these, (with top quality materials of course) would you all be interested if they were priced at around $8.00 a piece? (again, this includes shipping) anyhow, let me know what you think.

I'd be interested...if possible (and cost effective) it would be really neat if you could do a whole cartoony collage of Neo characters in an all-over print...(hint, hint)...

Also, just curious, but are you selling at cost, or is there a small profit involved? (I know you're including shipping in the price)...Those shirts you made were awesome, too!

Ummm... cloth or plastic?

The reason I ask is that most custom mousepads seem to be plastic nowadays, some companies just take a picture image, smeer plastic on it and call it a mousepad. I'm partial to cloth myself. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Gotta agree there. I got a shitty promo mousepad from some pharmacutical company, and my sweaty hands leave trace sweat on the pad, and then my mouse won't grip. (like the ball is dirty) Cloth all the way.

I'm with that. Cloth is the way to go! I'm using a cheap plastic one at my College Computer Lab... its sticky, and the plastic top seems to be peeling off every plastic mousepad here, while my cloth ones at home have lasted much longer. Cloth is better quality and longer lasting.

Interesting question. Assuming Eolith owns the right to the name SNK? I thought Eolith only owned the King of Fighters series?

Here's a bunch I designed. Keep in mind that I'm still working with Rancor to keep the these economical as far as color depth, etc. goes. Some things like certain backgrounds, effects, etc. may be simplified. Think of these as just samples for now (though IMO 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10 are perfect <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">).

Some like #9 will probably be dropped entirely due it not being cost effective AT ALL, but I figured I'd post it anyway since it's looking very nice as my wallpaper at the moment. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

All comments and criticism are welcome. I'm in the process of gathering together a few more choice artworks, shots, etc. and there's plenty of ideas and themes I haven't even touched on yet.

Oh I almost forgot if these are seen anywhere else without my permission bad legal stuff will happen to you blah blah blah etc. etc.

This is probably going to sound extremely stupid coming from me but...

Viewing these off of Angelfire, I notice a ton of minor defects and what not that I do not see when viewing these off of my hard drive. Could that just be something with my browser?

Will the quality of the final uploaded picture be better if it's in a different format? I had uploaded all of these as gifs to be merciful to my 56K but I'll definitely reupload them as jpegs or something if it will preserve the original quality.

I should have been clearer about six and seven. Six is literally THE Neo Geo bios screen. Seven is the bios screen with all the lettering touched up a little. Again it's something that got lost in the uploading I guess -_-. I'm not sure if I should hate the gif file format, Angelfire, or my browser for that. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
