For the uninformed, yes, 'steve_stanflovsky' was Dion. We determined this BEYOND a reasonable doubt, not just from the posting style (which was identical to Dion's when he was here) but with other 'evidence' which I am going to keep to myself so it may be used in the future if need be.
My own personal thoughts?
It is sad that NGF has to sink so low that they must come to places like Neo-Geo.Com and post as such. Their reputation just sinks lower and lower as they do so. If their US KOF2k had any credibility, they are just helping to bury it. And, no, I can not tell say whether the US KOF2k is real or fake. As long as it has 'NGF' on it, it will never be 'official; in my eyes. I do not think SNK of Japan would ever put that URL on anything they produced.
It is sad that a group who claims to work so hard for the Neo Geo must resort to tactics of children to try to gain credibility. Even now VGD and NCS have read the pulse of the Neo Geo community, and from what both have posted, it is against NGF.
From the recent events, if NGF cares about the Neo, the obvious choice is to step aside, they are destroying the community....
BTW, I'm posting this in News and the 16-bit forum.
