Check 'em out! Amazing animation,Talk about Mark of the Wolves similarities, one of the girls has Rock's double repuken, and one of the male characters has dong hwans lightening kick...the wrestling ring looks very similar to Tizoc's/Griffin stage as well.

I've just downloaded them while eating some donuts, and I must admit that the artwork is quite good (I like the Pepe-Oni stage), and the animations are quite smooth.
But, I don't know, maybe it looks too "typical". Well, KOF2001 has Strikers and MOTW has T.O.P system... but ROTD doesn't seem to have nothing genuine that makes it different from the other Neo fighting titles.
I hope I won't be blamed for this...

Somebody REALLY wants be MOTW here. Which isnt exactly a bad thing.

Well, for the record, the quality and animation of the sprites are not the at the same level as the ones seen in MOTW. The moves are just a bit to similar, though.

yeah,
game is nothing special

and
sprites are a bit on the small side,

but we'll see

one thing i cant understand though:
you put vids of YOUR new game online,
you want people to get excited about YOUR new game

and those 3 videos certainly arent particularly inspired

kinda like what happened with the first slug 4 pictures

I think its cool that they have'nt showed any super moves and only 5 characters makes it more exciting i'm sure some of the supers will blow us away it look snice all round!! sprites are a bit small but the animation does look good and i really like the look of the temple stage!!

I'll reserve proper judgement untill i play it......say in about 3 years when the MVS is Cheap Enough <img src="graemlins/tickled.gif" border="0" alt="[Tickled]" />

Well, after seeing the vids, all I can say is that the graphics is really great, comparable to MOTW.

But I think ROTD is lacking in gameplay, from what I've seen, its not as fluid as MOTW or say KOF (the animation), it's kinda bad...

The characters have the same size as in the other games.. it's a demo play from the attract mode, don't be fooled by the absence of powerbars & timer.

Exactly...
you would figure they would anyway. None of the characters particulary appealed to me either... neither did the gameplay.

Maybe for $40-$50.... but $270+ or whatever it will cost? So far... no thanks.

well i liked the style for the most part in the animetion...but then when you saw them animate and stuff like that they didnt look that good. the backgrounds were nice though.

Who did the gameplay on those videos? Come on, show me some nice combos....so I WANT to play the game. It looks like 2 little kids were given this game and ask to play it while they taped it. At least show the supers in a combo! Just my $2.50.....can I have change please.....
