Vektorlogic was out of business for quite a long time.
Since one or two weeks Jeff is back with Vektorlogic. But I don't know if he's still interested in developing new Neo titles.
Since Vektorlogic is also trying to get rid of their entire Hyper64 stock they may also have lost interest in the development of new games.
