Well, it's about 120 Yen = 1 dollar

But the high bidder has negative feedback rating so I'd be a bit more cautious.

im tryin to search for thjat stuff on ebay.co.jp but is there a way to make your computer print characters because the search dosent recognize english text

you'll need JPN viewer in order to see it if you are using Netscape.
If you are using IE then just go to view, encoding and JPN
It's easy

OK, to display Jp characters, you need to download software that can display Jp characters, I've downloaded other languages too, such as Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean, Hebrew, Arabic, and Greek.

As far as Neo-Geo home cart values, I don't see any long term trend of going down in values for certain games. KOF and Fatal Fury/Real Bout series may go down since they're produced in much larger quantities, but many non-fighters and fighters almost always fetch insane prices.
