MVS Cases Topic Not showing up???

Thenew MVS case discussion is not showing up in the list of topics for News and Rumors. I can find it when I do a search for Big Bears posts, but not directly on the list. And the last post was only 30 minutes ago?

Anyway, for those that are interested, here is the link. I ordered 20 myself.
