It involves placing the cursor on Kyo, and moving around across some characters.

Here's the Code:

"In order to select Kusanagi, the uniform-wearing extra version of Kyo, based
on his KOF95 version present in KOF98 (with a few additions), do the following:
place the cursor on Kyo, then press up (x2), right (x5), down (x6), left (x5),
up (x3). It's basically just a square motion around the screen."

It's a code to access the kof95 version of Kyo.
(just like in kof98)
Seems like there are 3 ways to do this.
Place cursor on Kyo, then move in the following sequence:

Version 1:
L-Benimaru U-Andy R-Joe U-Whip R-Ryo D-Athena R-Kensou D-Yuri R-May D-Chris D-Billy L-Blue Mary D-Chang L-Kim D-Kula R-Ramon U-Clark L-Ralf U-Mature L-Iori U-Kyo (name change to Kusanagi)

Version 2:
U-Terry R-Andy D-Benimaru L-Kyo

Version 3:
D-Iori R-Mature U-Benimaru L-Kyo

L-Left R-Right U-Up D-Down

If done correctly:
1. Kyo will be wearing his student uniform. (kof95 ver)
2. Name will be reflected as Kusanagi.
3. Different voice actor.

To revert back to 2k2 Kyo, just choose any character and move back to Kyo icon.
