Let me clarify something here before all you guys wet your pants. There was no 4 player Kizuna. If you look at the pics, it's a special version where you can "link" two cabs together, where one player uses cab one, while the second player uses cab two. It's a link cable that allows you to do this.
This cable also allows you to player a 4 player game on two cabs, using just one board. The games that can utilize this cable is Dungeons & Dragons 2.
If anyone wants to do this for ANY of their jamma games, I have and will sell the cable in the near future.
The NEO games that were confirmed to be able to link up are Thrash Rally, Riding Hero and League Bowling.

Very true. There has never been an MVS cab with controls for four separate players, however, I'm just going by the MVS release list in the All About SNK Fighting Games book which lists this as:
Fuu'un Super Tag Battle <Special Version>
1996.09.20
¥148,000
in addition to listing:
Fuu'un Super Tag Battle
1996.09.26
¥98,000
So then logically there ought to be two versions of the MVS in circulation, God knows in what quantity. Never owned any MVS hardware/software myself though so I will leave all such investigations to the rest of you.
And you're welcome for the photo.
