Hmmm, interesting. It sure looks like Rugal is being used on a stage other than the boss stage. Yet, everything seems to be geared toward advertising classic kyo (that movelist is undoubtably Kyo's). I'm sure this will be cleared up in the next few days. Thanks for the heads up

Seem nobody understand chinese here, I help you guys out.
Translation;
Its stated that you can use KYO 95 as a hidden character, the move list is for KYO.
The code is as follow;
start from KYO, move the joystick up, right, down, left and up back to kyo and push any Button (A,B,C,D) (Follow the diagram arrows as shown.)
His moves is the same as 95 + 97.
no new moves, got back his SDM as (2 fireball motions); See moves list.
Saishuu Kessen Ougi "Mu Shiki
Nothing is mention about using of RUGAL or his moves.
Pictures is for Ending,(after defeating RUGAL)
He explode his plane with himself(again?) <img src="graemlins/veryangry.gif" border="0" alt="[Very Angry]" />
Disappear into thin Air.
Comes Heidern to clear the mess.
Next, bonus teaser used in Fatal Fury endings.

Well i have a theory...
Look at the yellow arrow in the character screen...
And then look at the screenshots next to it. You can see both Rugal AND KYO'95 with his old outfit of kof94-98.
So the code of the yellow arrow may be to choose Rugal or Kyo... And that's the interesting part... You can make 3 concentric circles (one starting with kyo, another starting with benimaru and a third one starting with goro) so probably you could choose three hidden fighters: Kyo95, Rugal and SHINGO

The urge to drive to LA to play this sucker just got a little bit worse...
