I have made a rough guide on how I built my midget Neo cabinet. (the page was thrown together in 5 mins do don't expect a work of art)

This is not so much a step-by-step guide, more a brief overview of what I used and what goes where.

Give me a shout on this thread if you need any additional info ;-)

check the link for the guide:

so if you built it from the ground up, how much would you make and sell another for?

I'm sure it could be shipped, won't be cheap, but shipping from/to UK never is. As for the price, let us know what you want to sell one for. I'm not good a naming prices, so set the price with some profit for your hard work.

Neo Parts and other stuff ain't cheap over here, To build a six slot mini mvs would cost about £400-500 as It takes alot of work to build, thats not including shipping costs etc!
I guess it's ideal for people like me with not much space, if i had the space for a proper mvs i would buy one.
The other bonus is it would be wired with a Jamma harness so you may be able to run other arcade PCBs in it.
