Where are the US AES `01 carts from NCS?

I got an email from NCSX since I was alittle concerned about the legitimacy of the KOF2k1 carts.

NCS told me that the carts are direct from the manufacturer (sun?).

The English version from NCS is EXACTLY the same as those available from the NeoStore.
