The restock of the U.S. version was cancelled. NGF posted a notice saying this a few days ago on its site, but it seems to be gone now.

If by "they," you mean me (from Event Gaming) then I'll accept that. The original point of the interview was to cover the controversy because I found it interesting. I had no reason to doubt the details of the NitD/Sengoku 3 deal until this recent news came my way since NGF's general connection with SNK has been confirmed solid in my eyes. It's the individual facts that are now questionable to me and I fully admit that I don't currently have the resources to finalize this story.
