Fireball Tournament in Europe

Hi,

come and visit the european fireball-tournament in 2003!!!

Before you register for the tournament, you have to decide which side you are going to play (SNK or CAPCOM) for. The system works as follows:

If you have decided to join team SNK, then you’re going to play 3 matches each for 3 rounds, in the following Games: Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 "The Newcomers", King of Fighters 2001, Garou "Mark of the Wolves"; The first placed fighters of each game will be promoted to Team SNK.

If you have decided to join team CAPCOM, then you’re going to play 3 matches each for 3 rounds, in the following Game: Super Street Fighter II X/ Turbo "Grand Master Challenge", Street Fighter Zero 3 /Aplha 3, Street Fighter III 3rd Strike "Fight for the Future"; The first placed fighters of each game will be promoted to Team CAPCOM.

In the FINAL "Team SNK" and "Team CAPCOM" will fight each other in CAPCOM VS. SNK 2 "Millionaire Fighting 2001". The finalists are allowed to play solely characters from their respective Team (SNK oder CAPCOM). Every finalist will play 3 matches “3 on 3”. The Team with the most wins will win the tournament.

GENERAL RULES FOR PLAYING:

- Infinite Combos, caused by bugs are not allowed to use
- Glitches and freezing the game is not allowed
- Characters can be changed before every match
- It is not allowed to distract the opponent
- Loud yelling or cursing is not allowed during a game
- Every possible way of physical violence is strictly forbidden during the whole event

SPECIFIC RULES FOR GAMES:

Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 "The Newcomers"
- 2 Line Battle
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- As for now there are no known Bugs or Glitches
- Not allowed characters: Alfred (Boss)

Garou "Mark of the Wolves"
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- As for now there are no known Bugs or Glitches
- Not allowed characters: Grant (Boss), Kain (Boss)

King of Fighters 2001
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- Number of Strikers can be chosen individually
- Infinite Combos, caused by bugs are not allowed to use (e.g. Baos Corner Infinite)

Super Street Fighter II X/ Turbo "Grand Master Challenge"
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- Glitches, freezing the game are not allowed to use
- Not allowed characters: Gouki (Boss)

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike "Fight for the Future"
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- Kara Cancel is allowed
- Not allowed characters: Gill (Boss)

Street Fighter Zero 3/ Alpha 3
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- ISMs can be chosen individually
- Crouch Cancel is allowed

CAPCOM VS. SNK 2 "Millionaire Fighting 2001"
- Every round lasts 99 seconds
- Groove can be chosen individually
- Gamesystem is always 3 on 3
- Roll Cancel is allowed
- Not allowed characters: Shin Gouki (Evil), God Rugal (Evil)

Every violation of these rules will, after a one-time warning, result in exclusion from the tournament.

I´m livin in Germany/Hamburg, and Vienna isn´t close to me either...

Well, Barcelona-Vienna is 1909 km, while Hamburg-Vienna is 1113 km. Yes, you've got it quite far too, but I think you have it a bit easier. Have fun anyway!

OMG. There are coming people fom Japan and the US and you're telling me that Barcelona is too far from Vienna!

I´m in, too! Altough I guess my powers will be vanished till the tournament. :)

I need to keep my ability to play those games, even though I can´t play NEO right now.

hey buddy

i respect you so i will answer

its now been almost 6 months and around 7 attempts to get my money back to me

he told me he sent 2 telegraphic transfers - which never arrived (my wife works in the bank he was sending it to)

then tried to call my bluff and asked for a fax number to send the proof - which i did (my works fax) and the fax never arrived

then he admits to lying about sending any telegraphic transfer and then promised me the money within a week - twice

quite surprisingly nothing arrived and no communication since

i have dealt with alot of guys from germany and so far he is the only guy to let me down

everybody else has been fantastic

how long would you wait for a refund mate

6 months - i dont think so

Personally I would've already flown to Germany and kicked the shit out of him after being scammed 6 months.

You should be thankful Jason hasn't done anything like that.

I see! That does not sound good at all.

Very sad also this casts a dark bad light on German sellers and traders.

I hope that this does not continue and that you get your money back, better sooner than later.

I´ve already written something about your German in the German Forum in the FBT topic.

Your German is not correct, but understandable. And it is better than Bonuskun´s German.

Anyway I appreciate every effort by somebody to speak my language, altough it is not his native language.
