KOF 2001: I'm not one to start a lame rumour but......

It apparently states that KOF 2001 will run on the Naomi board and not MVS.... I doubt this myself, but a couple of friends who can read Chinese, say that its true. Anyone here who can read Chinese? I think its kinda strange that a Chinese site gets this news and not a Korean one.....Eh.

Kof 2001 will use MVS board !!
and according to Eolith, it will come out
in November.

They also said developing the game is finished now and just got to do some minor corrections.

There will be 5~7 new charactors
(they originally planed addition of 7 characters but will reduce to 5, if there is't enough time.)
but I'm not sure they are all totally new characters or returning characters or from ff,rb, and aof..,
or mix of all these.

Some of them will go away..so the total number will not be something like
the number of total characters in kof 2000 + 5~7.

Same old rumors. Heard the same about Kof 2000 before it came out. It will be released on MVS, not Naomi.

I thought that the translation already said it was a rumor. Oh well. No matter what platform it comes out on I wish Eolith godspeed in bringing out KOF 2001.
