bid with no intention of buying an iitem that is also a illegal ebay action
so dont give me shit about breakin rules OK because obviously that is what
you are doing and if you are the highest bidder and you dont retract your
bid you will end up paying the final value fee from ebay and you will just
lose money OK if you wanna get technical then this is what you get you

OMG,

He sent the email to me around 6:00 and said I didnt respond to his emails and cancelled my bid at around 7:00. Wow, he gives me a full hour to respond...

I will have to pay the final auction fee? You idiot, YOU will have to pay the final auction fee.

He probably bought the CD from someone else and burned himself copies to sell on ebay. Selling CD-R's is illegal on ebay anyways. I hope he gets banned.

If you follow the URL it says the seller ended the auction because the item was lost or broken. Good job fellas.
