I hear there is a certain situation pertaining to our friend Kamui, and his attendance to A-kon. This is rather a large concern for many of the friends up here in Dallas, and if possible I could get the lowdown. Personally all he needs is a ride up to A-kon and from there on out you don't need to worry about him. If Gas is a concern I am willing to upfront pay for a full tank of gas for the vehicle taking him. Thanks man, please respond ASAP!

Here's the lowdown. Chad's car is not working very well so it's going to be Kai bringing us to the Kon. If anything I need to get in contact with him and see if he oks you coming along. I'm not sure how things will turn out in the end but I'm going to shoot to get you along. If anything else, I'll contact you at home..

Just a FYI. I will be going to A-Kon on Friday mourning. I am driving from Houston to Austin Thursday Night to stay at a friends House and then leaving there Friday Mourning with them to head to A-kon. I Drive a Thundra Extended cab and should have room for one more. Although I am not to much into picking up strangers (mom always told me not to <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0"> ) if someone needs a ride up I can Ablige. I am staying at the Hilton for the event.

OH BTW, YOU MUST TALK TO VEN SOON!!! He REALLY needs to talk to you about A-kon, something about you helping to run the game room and bringing more games(which = you getting a free pass into A-kon).

D00D! Serious, if anyone is up for taking Kamui I would be abliged to spot their entire fee of gas. That is if he can't hitch a ride with Bonuskun. I had no clue there were people from this board going to show up at A-kon. I fortunately already live in the metroplex, but Kamui is at a little problem with his current ability to get up here. All he needs is a ride up, I can take him back no problem. So I would be willing to spot gas trip fee, if someone is willing to take him up if he can't get a ride with Bonuskun. Thanks buddies!

Bonuskun emailed me And I will call when I get off work tonight. As far as a ride if everything falls through I can Hook you Up with a ride on friday mourning. Gas should not be more then $5-$7. truck gets around 16-18mph on the highway. But I would need to meet you somewhere easy to get to since I not well verused in Austin.

Also Bonus Kun LMK if you need anything for the game room. I am sure you are hooked up but I have several Jamma boards for a supergun and neo carts, plus the convertor and a ton o Dreamcast games. think about it and I will talk to you tonight.

What the hell is A-Kon?

A-Kon Is a very large Anime Convention.
It is this weekend in Dallas, Texas.
Its very large, this year its split across two hotels from what i've heard.
Not sure on that, but I'll find out this weekend if I go.
