tomorrow hot on the shelves in japan and import stores worldwide,there will be CvsS2 for DC and ps2!!!

tomorrow its sept 13 in japan.i understand the situation in the US but it may not affect me cuz i'm in living in Asia.i will get it soon.Hope most of u get it soon as well <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

All US mail is estimated to be delayed 1-2 days or more. With all airports in the US being hesitant to open the shipments may not hit our shores until Thursday or Friday. I would not expect to see the game till next week.

CApcom Vs SNK 2 should be a good game or from what I have heard so far. I sure hope so. Besides with everything happening, I can't really think of playing games. I tried last night but something didn't feel right when I did. Perhaps I am still in mourning... <IMG SRC="smilies/crying.gif" border="0">

yeah, i Preordered my copy through ncs ages ago. although after all this mess, i wont get my copy till next week prolly. i usually get my games the friday after they come out (priority mail shipped on wed) oh well, id wait another year if what happened yesterday didnt happen...

Yeah... same here. Right now, my feelings on games is not the same as it was before 9/11/01. It's gonna take a while before I really enjoy video games once again. Same applies to watching sports on television.

Even if all of the World Heroes were in SNK vs. Capcom 2, I would not be buying the game for a while.

I preordered from NCS, which is very near the NY disaster area, so I expect (and certainly understand) to receive the game late.

i feel sorry to hear what has happened in the US.i have already bought the game from an import store near my home and i'm not dissapointed,its an awesome game!! with cool graphics and music.Kyo is VERY GOOD now and chang RULZ!!i need to play more and i'll post more later.oh,i forgot,the load times are juz like the arcade version and that fan disc contains most of the capcom fighters's saves are are quite handy.i like it.Take care.... <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

can't wait to get mine...

I've had a pre-order at NCS for like a month now...

guess i'm just gonna have to wait a bit longer because of all that has happened, which is understandable.

i heard rumors from arcades that kyo was even worse then in the pro or original versions, can you give some insight as to why he is better now? from arcade i generally play iori, rock, and todoh, or whatever....always with iori...rock seems to have some harsh delay in spell moves to me....but he looks cool....still rather have seen characters like andy make it though...the more classic and right fitting ones....but oh well, maybe in 3....

kyo is improved.he does have an auto-guard from his Qcf+hp.
its only from the Hp version and not the Lp version.
Both his supers comes out lightning fast and can be comboed especially that orochinagi from a qcf+k,k and his final showdown super comes out in a flash!
He has some new combos,not moves.
example:down lk->down->lk->Hp->Qcf+k,k->orochinagi or follow up with the qcf+Hp or Lp chains.
his oniyaki is weak but still decent.
he has the R.E.D kick as well as the Dp+k from his Ex version in PRO.

In my opinion,i'm a little dissapointed with Iori cuz he has all the moves from PRO but no new moves or DMs,thats all! i don't get it.he does not even have his f,d,f+k move or that new super from kof 99.

Made a Preorder today from NCS with the fan disk. Can't wait to get it. I played it already but I hate to say it was a copy that a friend of mine had. THe game seems nice and considering it won't come to the us, it may be the last great game for the system.

i think the new supers snk gave him were pretty useless....i never found a use for them....that is the 99 and 00 ones...well the 00 looked cool and you could make pretty combo finishes off if you had the attack mode on....but the normal version just doesnt combo well....you can cancel however....which can throw people off...or save your butt in a fight...iori isnt very improved on no...but then again, the pro version of iori was decent....only decent....if you relearn him he can be very cheap, and combos extremely easiely....but most his supers and specails dont do much...but basic hits, man, you can really combo those....atleast in fights ive had it always seems to work...when i get a hold of my copy of 2 ill have to check it out...

Between the recent disaster and trying to get my internet group of students in the tech writing class to work on an our assignment (due next Wed.), I've not played many games this week.

I pre-ordered CvS 2 a couple of months ago, and I am anxiously awaiting it. It's understandable that it won't make it probably 'till next week, but that's ok. I also have a few MVS games (Money Puzzle Exchanger and Kizuna Encounter) that have not made it yet..

This game is freakin great!
Only played it for an hour up till now, but so many things are improved over the 1st game (RYO is so much better in this game!).
The 6 button system takes some getting used to.
