I woke up this morning and saw this on CNN, I thought I was seeing things for a second, looked like something out of a movie, truely a devestating event.

They say on the news they have another Highjacked plane heading to DC as well.

The Trade buildings in NY have been completely destroyed; the Pentagon has been hit; the State House (not the White House) was hit by a car bomb; a plane headed to San Francisco mysteriously crashed; people are smelling strange orders at the crash sites, so they're thinking this is a chemical warfare attack.

i was sent home from work because one of our main offices is located right next door to the world trade center. i have a few friends that worked in the world trade center. i can only pray that they are okay, but have been unable to reach them because the lines are jammed. my condolences go to all those in the tragedy.

I woke up this morning with a phone call from my old roommate that works in a building only a few down from the WTC... he told me that a plane crashed into the WTC building.

I turned on the news, and there it was... of course, this was all before the second plane and the collapsing of the towers.

I could actually see the second tower from my bedroom window... and I was actually looking at it when it collapsed. <IMG SRC="smilies/eek.gif" border="0">

It's really horrible. Here in Brooklyn you can see miles of smoke everywhere. F-16s are flying overhead. I can hear sirens from the city.

I went out on my roof and all you see is devestation.

I'm feeling very angry. I know I can't blame all arabs. In fact some very close family friends are arabs. This scumbag Benladen said 3 weeks ago that an unpresidented terrorist attack would happen here in America. Afghanistan is hiding him. I wonder what the U.S. will do to that country? We bombed them before after those embassies were attacked. It will probably be worse this time.

Over 50,000 people work in the World Trade Center! Oh fuck.

I'm just thinking what kind of person would do this? What does this achieve?

Two of the planes that were Hi-jacked departed from Logan Airport, right down the street from where I go to school in Boston...there are Fighter jets soaring over here too.
