Who the hell is loaded consoles? lol
Lee, the guy from Loaded has no Website. He does, however have an e-mail address: Ljdobinson@btinternet.com
I got all my AES games from him, even though I only have 4! He can get you most every game you need, fast. Something has gone wrong with my Garou copy though, as I am still waiting to receive the game I ordered in Feb. I got MS3 in the meantime!

I read on a message board that he moved, and kept forgetting to send things out & so on. Just keep e-mailing him as a reminder and that should work, reportedly.
I believe he is in Japan right now. I surely hope he's bringing along a Garou copy for me. I considered asking my money back, but then I figured that that won't get me the game; better let him try and get the game for me. Shame though; I paid for a new copy and now I'll have to settle for a used one. Fuck that!
I got my console from him, and there were some slight delays with delivery due to the games I wanted being out of stock, and a postal strike at the parcel depot. He kept me informed all the way through the transaction though so I can't complain.

I haven't placed an order for the game. Lee said that there wasn't even that much of interest in the game. (that was 5-6 months ago) He said that he would get some copies in, so I figure I could always get one later. He was offering them for around 300 pounds, which is quite fair, as I paid 280 for MS3. Still, in Europe we are being fucked in the ass when it comes to prices

Loaded Consoles!!! Lee Dobbinson is a joke, here in the UK he has a terrible reputation with both gamers/customers and those in the Arcade trade.His business went down the toilet.
Lee's problem is he has some pretty dubious business methods.Simaler to Dions.At first he'll act like a nice guy( eg, in 1995, as I studied near his house, and was interested in teh neo geo, he even invited me to try out some games to buy, which I did.
But once I started to rely on mail order business like 99% of his customers, everything went to the dogs.He will "sell" you stuff, that he doesnt have in stock use every dirty delaying tactic, some times for months on end,even try to get you to buy something else, and then tell you oh Ive got the game you wanted origionally as well, and he can get rude and abusive.
Around about 1996 when the neo geo business in the UK started to go downhill, and the neo geo became the sole preserve of the hardcore gamer, as Neos stopped being sold on the High Street.
Thats when Lee really sarted to rip people off, because he knew that in his own words "Im the only official supplier of the Neo Geo in England, if youve got a problem go somewhere else".He even threatened one of my friends dads (Nic Donovan)with a pysical beating.At one time I personally knew 15-20 people in England who had been cheated by Loaded consoles ie he takes money then gives them lies and excuses for 3-5 months before he eventually comes up with the goods.
Personally I always got everything eventually.But the goods are usually in a shabby state,(he even sent me a game, once after I waited 2 months, with just the case, no game inside).
He sold me a Supergun/Supernova system with no control pads, and a faulty power supply.And then after I waited patiently for 2 months he lost is temper with me, and I had to take him to the small claims court to get my merchandise.
And in the arcade "Trade" side of things its worse, he bought 200 pcbs off MHP enterprises and then upon delivery replaced some of the boards with duds and tried to get his money back, like that.
A friend of mine, was the Advertising manager for EDGE magazine (a hardcore gaming magazine in the UK), he told me LOaded consoles/Lee owed them hundreds of pounds in Advertising fees, and they were considering taking him to court.
But who knows that was 3-4 year ago, maybe he has cleaned up his business practices now.People seem to have bought stuff off him recently and he still advertises in another magazine.

Once I ordered Last Blade from him for £150 which was a lot of money, I waited and waited and waited and after 3 weeks he said that the package returned back to him, I was pissed off and asked for my money back, at least I got that without any problems.

I have dealt with him on a number of occasions and I must say that things only went terribly wrong with my last order (Garou). I ordered this game way back in Feb. Excuse after excuse and now, 10 months later, I can get my money back (about 280 pounds or so..). But I made him an offer; keep the money and send me KOF2000 instead, BEFORE the end of the year. He sounded cool with that. That was last week so I will call him back Thursday, as the game should be with him.

I never buy things from overseas unless it's an international store/company. I hate to hear the delay, damage, or other things happen to my order. I'd rather spend more money or just wait for chance to get Neo stuff. If price isn't right, I'll wait....
Sorry didnt get all the replies on screen when i first saw the thread. This is whats happening to me NOW.
October 4th i sent him £120 for a neo geo Cd (i had already bought a cart machine off him). I was going on holiday for 2 weeks on the 14/10 and he promised that it would be there. Well as people above have said ....it wasn't. I sent him text messages on holiday , even phoned him. Eventually i did some digging and found his mums number in tonbridge(kent) and his so-called business partner Richard Olleys phone number and phoned them. Next day we had a blazing row on the phone about ME invading his privacy. 3 days later my pal NGCD arrived( i wanted an NTSC version)
Excuse after excuse he gave me for the delays floods and 2 lost parcels were said.
Anyway the machine arrived and it looked mint apart from the joypad, it was knackered and so was the power supply. He has been promising me for 6 weeks now the replacements . But still no sign of them.
Luckily i've hacked the Power supply and got it working , but the joypad is dead.
Personally i think i may have to get heavy with him soon as the guy is a piece of shit

I had dealings with this piece of shit Lee.At the beginning of the year I orderd Metal slug 2 and X,3 months later nothing.I paid via credit card.For the first 2 months he said that the games were being held in customs.Then he gave the excuse that the parcel delivery company could not find my address.He then said that they had found my address but no one was in to recieve the games.They attempted delivery 3 times.He could not provide tracing info/number,he said that he had misslaid it.LIE,he thought from a previous conversation with me that I would be at work and I was'nt,i was at home at the time and my parents were in.No card from the parcal company was left which he had a problem explaining as this is standard practice if the recepient is not at home to recieve the item.
The problem is that he is a good con man.He is very knowledgable about all things Neo and extremeley friendly and pleasant to talk to.You almost feel ashamed asking where your games are.But in actual fact he is a 2 faced lying scum bag.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't received my KOF2000 copy from him and that I've asked my money back, via e-mail. I'll phone him tomorrow to confirm.
In the meantime:Shawn has confirmed that the Garou I ordered from him is indeed in his possession and he'll ship as soon as possible. I have also ordered KOF2000 from NCS. So I know that I'll be starting the new year with the best games on the Neo.
