Forget about Auction or NGF, NCS and The Rage have KOF 2000 carts in stock. NCS has extras in stock for $332 and The Rage will have it for $339 plus $9 Air Express overnight shipping. Why spend $599 or so from unreliable places but you can get reasonable price at NCS and The Rage. I don't recommend Buyrite though.....
