*sigh* ah well, ANY title (except LoSJ II) is a good title for teh neo-scene although I know I'd be much happier if they scrapped that dragon game thingie and CvsS and spent the money on making something like LB3, SS5 or G:MotW II...

He's one of my favourites in FF and KoF! I still hope that he'll return in Garou2 <img src="graemlins/drool2.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool 2]" />

I just can hope that all sprites will be redrawn for SvsC. I don't want to see the 6 years old KoF sprites again in SvsC....

I knew from the beginning, SNK Vs Capcom had a NGH number (258) so it couldn't be only a rumor.

Excellent news. my investment in a new RGB monitor las Fall for my cabinet was indeed a wise investment. I keep telling my wife that anyway. Keep those MVS games coming. :D

I really can`t believe it ... from a Neo fan point of view absolutely great news! But from an economic point of view - why are they doing this? Who from the normal arcade gamer crowd is willing to play this when they are fed up with Cap vs SNK 1+2 already? The ways of the Neo keep being very strange ... ;)

Its funny, one of the game listed "Shin Gouketsuji Ichizoku" by Atlus is a sequel to
the wierd game "Gouketsuji Ichizoku".
Did Atlus make any games for the Neo geo before?

Im gonna cry out of joy. Must start saving money and hope for an AES release. Snk VS. Capcom would be the first Neo game I would by at the release day if it came to AES. Shawn start working on getting a homecart deal please!!!!! <img src="graemlins/drool2.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool 2]" />

Good times! Here's hoping this gets the best effort possible...if so, it should easily demolish Capcom's CvS games. Haven't touched mine in eons...the thought of seeing Neo representations of my fave Cap characters and backgrounds (not to mention beefy Yamaha sound chip powered versions of those classic tunes) makes me want this sucker really bad.

Unbelievable..... This is PROOF that this group will never be 100% satisfied....
This announcement is F***'IN YOOGE! It appears that there will be more than FIVE(5) releases this year so far and the second message was a big (SIGH)???? SNK went "under" and games continue to be released and teh second post I read is (SIGH)....
This announcement is like the BEST news I've read in soooo long and all I see somebody wishing for is another DAMN SEQUEL?? YES! C VS S was already released BUT for any SNK fan..YOU KNOW we were cheated by Capcom! You know that this game belonged on NEO GEO hardware! SNK is not represented correctly by Capcom and now we have the opportunity to remove one of those "what ifs"
in our mind!
These latest releases from Zupapa to ROTD thus far are truly a gift and now with the official announcement of SvsC...in the YEAR 2002??
Neo Geo is truely "immortal"
I'm not saying people don't have a right to complain but these releases were expected by mostly noone..let's accept what we can get...

Since the SNK sprites were redrawn for the Capcom version of the game, does this mean the Capcom sprites will be redrawn for the SNK version? The thought of that is making me giddy. :) Wow, I'll fork out the big bucks for this one on its release day in MVS form.
