I got KOF99 mint from this guy for $122 + $23 EMS, the deal went smooth and without the slightest flaw. I think he just made a mistake on the auction your looking at there, as the title is correct. His english is just not so good.

Actually, this guy is Tatsuhiko Kuranaka. I bought some stuff off him too and had no problems.
