pre-order. We are confirming and processing orders for the
cartridge starting on Friday, December 15 to prepare for an
efficient shipping day on December 21.
Please note that NCS will be unable to handle the processing
for this game in one day next week and must spread out the
order preparation starting on Friday and continuing throughout
the next couple of days. This means your invoice will be
prepared, your credit card will be charged and your shipping
airway bill will be printed a week before the game arrives. We
wish to give early notice of this to our customers so that you
are aware of how we are handling this major shipment. If you
have any questions, feel free to let us know.
With this message, we are also requesting that customers confirm
their pre-orders one final time so that we can begin the process
of finalizing all of the pre-orders that we have on hand. As such,
we would appreciate your e-mail acknowledgement of the order and
your shipping preference for the cartridge. A reply within 24-48
hours of receiving this message would be appreciated by our staff.
If you have ordered multiple copies of the game, please confirm
the number of copies that you have requested.
NCS anticipates the arrival of KOF 2000 on December 21, which is
a Thursday. We can accept overnight shipping requests for delivery
on Friday, December 22. If you wish to use this service, the charge
for most parts of the United States is approximately US$28 but
depends on your distance from our company in New York City. We would
recommend Express Mail Delivery for our customers in Europe, Asia,
Canada, and Australia. The shipping cost for this service is also
approximately US$28~$33 but again, dependant on your location.
Of course, UPS Ground and normal shipping methods are also available
if speed is not important. Thank you for your attention.
If you have already confirmed with NCS, you do not have to confirm
again. This mail is being sent to everyone on our KOF reservation
