KOF 2001 Language option on JPN and USA carts?

Yes, it has a language select option, as do most NG games. (The only one I've discovered so far that didn't was Double Dragon. )

And as for which one you should get, it's primarily a matter of personal taste. I personally went for the Japanese version, because it seemed more "official" (I got mine at NCS), but whatever you feel like getting is entirely your call.

If you have a japanese system you will see the blood and bounce.

An alternative, is to get a system with the debug chip installed.
